CS1.3 For steam

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with installing yapb for 1.3 for steam. I know it works, people have told me they got it working, its just I don't know EXACTLY where the files should go because there isn't a Counter-Strike folder for 1.3 for steam, it just works off the Half-Life folder.

If someone could give me an explanation and maybe a few screen shots to show what it should look like that'd be great.

just install it to a temporary folder, then move all files inside the cstrike folder in the temporary folder to your "cs13" directory and it should be okay.
