Hmmm... Linux or Windoze, DediServer or ListenServer? Which dll build? The most recent one, release 2 build 40?
Also, did you try deactivating other plugins and testing PODBot only? I know, you want to have them ALL running at the same time, but it would help to narrow down the problem if you could tell us if even PB alone crashes, or if the crash happens as soon as you try to run AMX and PB together and so on... I'm neither coder nor programmer, nor do I use many plugins, that's why I'm afraid I cannot tell you more right now, sorry...

Release #1 ??? Well, if this is true, then I really, really recommend upgrading to release #2 build 40 (from the BU filebase) - it's much better and more stable!

Why that release (R2.1) can't be updated by some latest stable dll (need only change dll there) until the new official release? The R2.1 is too much bugged - so replacing it by some latest beta (inside - dll only) isn't a big break of some rules. The problem will be only the name of this , because name R2.1 will be not true...For me bugged dll shouldn't be whole avaiable...
BTW why this thread is still here?

Ok, that's bad...

1. Did you try running ONLY MetaMod and PB ?

2. Where exactly does the crash occur, and when? Does CS crash before you even see the main menu, does it crash when you start a game? Do you get any error message, or just a black sreen, or are you just taken back to your desktop?

Get the latest beta and try with it.

BTW: You are using too many plugins ??? - instead ClanMod, Statsme and AdminMod also You can use AMX (You already have it) to get the same functions. Probably You need only some plugins to AMX - try to search at AMX forum.
