Nope, not with the right tool it wouldn't!
Besides, editing the map is a sure way to get done what you want. I think good old stripper2 has some issues on 1.6.
Get a copy of my map editing tool here:

When you run it up it should automatically find your maps folder
(if you are running CS.), if not browse to your maps folder.
1) Back up your maps!
2) Select a map in the list.
You will see the entities in the edit window.
Select armoury_entity in the search box.
This will find your armoury entities of which all guns are.
Here is the list. You will have to look at the number in the entity
in the item key. For example
an entity with an item key of:
"item" "10" is a awp
0: "weapon_mp5navy"
1: "weapon_tmp"
2: "weapon_p90"
3: "weapon_mac10"
4: "weapon_ak47"
5: "weapon_sg552"
6: "weapon_m4a1"
7: "weapon_aug"
8: "weapon_scout"
9: "weapon_g3sg1"
10: "weapon_awp"
11: "weapon_m3"
12: "weapon_xm1014"
13: "weapon_m249"
14: "weapon_flashbang"
15: "weapon_hegrenade"
16: "item_kevlar"
17: "item_assaultsuit"
18: "weapon_smokegrenade"
To get rid of that entity remove the entire section starting with the { and ending with the }
If you use the search function it selects the entire entity automatically, all you have to do is press delete and it is gone.
Save the map and you are ready to go!
You could do 20 maps in a couple of hours easy.
