Don't you remember the now old times at Nukebox, where the great discussion about who "owns" a waypoint-file took place? SuperRafale (aka sr2004) put all waypoints he could find for download on his homepage. For some reason he left out any readme or experience file (size or bandwidth reasons?).
While this was fine for me as an enduser (I want instant playing and not long searching the web and then reading through readmes - lazy /me) and although the name of the original waypointer was still shown at startup some waypointers didn't want him to host their waypoints since they didn't want their credit's to be ripped out (also understandable).
Nobody really cared for juridical backgrounds then but many just got upset which resulted in insults, counter-insults, now add language induced misunderstandings and you got problems that are luckily still unknown to bots-united.
But it's been a long time ago now and since then we all grew up a bit didn't we?
