It's a dirty hack and brings up some questions about its author, but this guy has found a way to use CBaseEntity in server plugins:

i looked at this dirty hack, and i don't like it at all

in fact, i don't think we even need it like that. I mean, i want to run other functions, not access the cBaseEntity like that

although you'd get to the virtual functions as well, but one update by valve and your hardcoded adress is rubbish ... so there gotta be some other way
