heh, these questions get tougher to answer, but for that last one PMB? for wife I'd go for smarts. Why? well, if I ever had kids, I'd like to think that they'd have some chance of being smart, cause I'd doom them to average/below-average. But for just a gf I'd go cheerful cause all I wanna do is have some fun.
