about dedicated server

the ip of my server?!? well when i make a new game they should be able 2 join from the friends list rite?!?! upd port is 27015 thats rite i think and ip is: 192.168.1.2:27015

I assume you want to make a lan with such an ip...
If you want to use the Internet, you have to get your real ip, not a local one.
Open a dos command window, and type: ipconfig.

Whenever you create a game on LAN you should check your LAN tab to find your game. I am not sure if the friends list keeps LAN games too. Probably only on internet connections.

You are probably giving the wrong IP if it begins with 192.168.

How do you access the net? modem? cable?

Can they see your server on the server list?

make a folder named maps in your dedicated server cstrike directory and make a map cycle in steam on the main tab
