It's probably something stupid, a setting somewhere in some file in cstrike that doesn't have anything to do with these mods. I wish I knew. :-/

Red, you may have an incomplete installation of mEAn. If any of the required subfolders under cstrike\mean\ are missing you'll end up with a crash, and yes I know this is not very good and should be fixed.

Have a look at the installation zip archive to see what all the subfolders are.
