BTW,

the correct usage of the "logfile" CVAR is not

logfile : cs_log
printent 200

but

logfile cs_log.
printent 200

Don't use ":"

Note that if you don't want the log file to have an extension, you must still append the dot "." explicitly. Else the operating system doesn't identify it as a file. Not my fault, Windows works this way
