Word! That's one advantage of specifying
exact spots where to plant the bomb. And on most maps, you can specify quite a lot of points so that an approaching CT not only has to get to the bomb with the most possible difficulty, but also without knowing where it may be planted this time. A bomb planted on top of a crate is nice, but if the Ts do it all the time, it gets easy. But of course, it depends on the waypointer if there's some nice choice or not. I like to find several different and hard-to-find places for planting the bomb, but I've also seen waypointers who just place one node exactly on the "X"...
I think you have sufficient possibilities with the existing methods, although the idea itself isn't bad.
