New maps and the bot mod

I have a quick question, I downloaded some autoinstaller for the bots, and I installed a new map (cs_assualt_upc) and when I hit the = sign to bring up the menu and then try to add a bot, it says it cannot create the bot and there are no waypoints or something. Does anyone know what I can do to get this to work?

this would depend on the bot you are using. Check your bots manual on how to make waypoints. Or you can search google for the waypoint file (consult your bot manual on where to put these)

Unfortunatly, I have no clue what bots I am using becuase I could not get it to install myself and I had to do some auto instaler thing. That was a long time ago. Also I am not able to get CS1.5 or 1.6, so I am stuck with 1.0 im not sure if the newer stuff will work. Ill give it a try though and look for the waypoint stuff. Thanks.

im guessing you are using podbot 2.5.

if you find your cstrike directory, inside it you might find a folder called podbot.

inside the podbot folder you might find some configuration files, as well as a folder called docs.
