Joebot not working!

Hi. I have installed joebot for my linux counter-strike server. I run the command admin_addbot in the console, I get a message saying: Upon your request Joebot has added a bot to your server, or something near to that. But i dont see a bot on any of the teams. So i cant play against the bot, can someone please help me.???

what CS version are you using ? how did you install it ? ( 1.6.3 is NO metamod plugin ) already tried "joebot addbot" ?

Hi. I am using STEAM(Cs 1.6). I got my plugin from http://www.adminmod.org/index.php?go=/ascript/plugin and it is the 184th plugin on there. I have just compiled to a .amx from a .sma or whatever, then I added it to cstrike/addons/adminmod/scripts in my server. I then added the line addons/adminmod/scripts/plugin_joebot.amx to the plugin.ini file. It acts like it is working. But it doesn't. Please help.

so I assume you are using the beta-joebot metamod plugin from http://forums.bots-united.org/showthread.php?t=460 ? otherwise joebot wouldnt run at all.

afaik the adminmod plugin was designed for joebot 1.6.3 together with cs 1.5, non metamod bot. maybe you should contact the creator of the plugin.

Can you give me a link where I can download Joebot for adminmod or amxmod? And also I will need directions too. Thanks man.

K i downloaded a file from the JoeBot site called joebot161_linux.tar. Is that the right file for my linux server? And how do i install it? Please help me. I didnt not understand the readme on the site.

Version 1.6.1 will not work with CS1.6. You can try the metamod plugin posted in these forums here http://forums.bots-united.com/showthread.php?t=460. But you're probably better off compiling the latest source from sourceforge.
