yap's weapon priority ?

1. i wonder the weapon priority in weapons.cfg is from left to right or from right to left ?
i means will yapb-bot prefer to choose weapon from left to right,or on the contrary ,from right to left
for example if i have settings like this

0,2,1,4,5,6,3,16,14,15,19,21,18,17,20,25,7,22,23,8 ,12,10,13,11,9,24

look at primary weapon ,bot will prefer to choose m4a1(number16),then ak47(14),then 15,19... ? (from left to right)
or on the contrary ,from right to left ? (first m249(24) ...) ?
which is correct ?

2. will bot follow this settings in csdm when :
a. when bot is allowed to buy ?
b. when bot is not allowed to buy?

3.in csdm : if bots are allowed to buy , if bots haven't enough money to buy their favorite weapon (but have enough to buy others ),
will it choose from weapon giving menu to get their favorite weapon ,or they will buy a cheaper weapon ?
