GBot@Dedicated

1) Is the GrogBot/grogbot.cfg of any use on a dedicated server? I tried to change the bot-tag to GB instead of GBot, but it didn't work. (hlds_l/pvk/GrogBot/grogbot.cfg)

2) I started an amxx plugin to enable my admins to change the botsettings without rcon. A list of commands that work in console (@dedicated) would be nice.
(I only know GrogBot "max_bots #" GrogBot "min_bots #" GrogBot "bots #min #max")

It should work! 8o I'll check it out myself...

It worked for me. Try renaming "grogbot.cfg" to "GrogBot.cfg" if that makes sense... If it still doesn't work, it's possibly a bug in the linux version once again! :o

Does GB only read the config on serverstart, but not on mapchange? Because I renamed it, and restarted the map, but the config wasn't read. (I don't like shutting down the server when payers are on)

Edit: Works! Had to *quit* hlds, and restart before it worked.

Done. I added a command that pops up a motdwindow with information about the plugin, and reserved a spot for a brief description of grogbot.

If you want to test it, you've got sufficient acces to play with it on my server. The commands are:
* amx_maxbots <#bots>
* say /maxbots <#bots>
* amx_minbots <#bots>
* say /minbots <#bots>
* amx_bots <#min> <#max>
* amx_addbot <team#> <class#> <botname> <skill> (botname should be 1 word, without "quotes", all fields required)
* say /bots (motd window)
* say /grogbots (idem)

amxx_grogbot.amx (amxx0.16)
amxx_grogbot.amxx (amxx0.20-TP3 only)

Hehe, I'm so proud of myself This is actually the first non-php script that I started from scratch. That's right! No code borrowing involved.

The reason I'm not posting it *yet* on amxmodx.org is, .... :o because of the [sarcasm]amazing quality and flawlessness of the code[/sarcasm], which they require you to post.
