if you're alive and there are some dead podbots..
open the console and you can see their messages 8o

YAYA! I found out the reason!!!
it's not a problem with the bots...
if you're on a dedicated server console you can see everyone talking..
a listen server is just a dedicated server that you are playing in...
so in your listen server console you can see what any dead person/spectator says...
I tested this with a friend.
I made a listen server and had my friend join as a spectator and he typed stuff and I can read everything he typed, in the console..

the reason why you do not see what they type when they are dead in pb2.5-2.6 is because in those versions, the bots don't use the "say"/"say_team" commands. instead they sent the message manually..
but in pb2.6mm PMB changed it so that the bots use the "say"/"say_team" commands so now you can read what they say when they are dead..
I do not plan on changing it back to how it was since listen servers can read what real players say when they are dead too...

So - if now in code there are commands "say" and "say_team" to make bot chating, what can be a reason that "gag" command from ClanMod and from AMX doesn't affect specified bot? If a human-player use "say" and "say_team" the "gag" function from CM and from AMX is working at him perfectly. Why can bot be "immune" to this "gag" function?
