mEAn with PMB's podbot?

Hi I was wondering how do I make mean mod work with PMB's podbot? somewhere i read that you should have mean load metamod, and elsewhere i read that you should have metamod load mean. So what to do?

I use podbot_mm.dll
pod is loaded by plugins.ini (metamod)
mean is loaded by autoexec.cfg (in cstrike folder):

Do I have to copy and paste the bottom line into the autoexec.cfg file?
