where is plugins.ini

i read it on the wip installation that u need to add this line in the plugins.ini:
win32 ../realbot/dll/realbot_mm.dll realbot.and i did download metamod 1.17 and downloaded the latest wip(build 2079).buti can't seem to find the plugins.ini.where is it suppose to be?do u get the plugins.ini with metamod when u download it?because i don't have that file.and i'm using rb v1.0

if you d/l metamod off herer, then its only the upgrade for the old metamod, you need to get metamod from http://www.metamod.org (or something like that)

I I INSTALL ADMINMOD will it install metamod for me?

i just wanted to say that i finally was able to install the latest wip version!all i did was follow this website guide on how to install wip.this is the link:

ya it is annoying trying to read the website while the backround is dark blue.but that's basically nothing when it actually helps u.
