Hi first i wanna say respect to stefan its a great bot this whole learnig stuff its very impressive knowmsayin and i hav a qustjn i want too booooost the personalitie files of the b0ts and the number after the skill (for example bombspot 34) --->is it % is 100 the highest the can go?

yes, most things are %, but not all. I did not document them, so you have to play around with the variables

botskill= skill they can just have as you normally would

things like 'camprate, chatrate, create radio, respond radio, etc' are all in %. So 0% means they don't do it, 100% means they always will react/do/etc.
