Why i can't attack the podbots exacept with knife ?

Please help..I can't shoot my bots with guns , i only can dmage them with knife, if i put my cursor on them, nothing of information displayed,but thhe bots can shoot me,i downloaded a file of podbot, its a folder named podbot,and blabla , if u can help me and need informations just ask please i need help

And after i downloaded the file , i just puuted the file in addons map and writed the mm.dll name in my pplugin.ini

Whoa, slow down... ok, step by step:

1) You posted your second reply 4 minutes after the first post - in the future, please use the "edit" button at the bottom of your old post. This way you can add text to your post or correct stuff. Double posting is considered impolite. It's your first post, so no problem. But in future posts, please... ok?

2) But now to your problem - in order to make it easier for us to help you, please try to give as accurate information as possible.
- You said "I downloaded a file of podbot". It would be more helpful if you could tell us which version of podbot you downloaded and where you got it from (and when). You could also tell us which time stamp the file has (the date that's displayed when you right-click the dll and select "properties").
- You didn't say which OS you are running (linux or Win), and since some errors could be OS-specific, adding this information always helps.
- You didn't say if you are playing against bots on a listenserver (i.e. you open the server and play at the same computer) or a dedicated server (where you start the server, but join from a different computer)
- You didn't say which version of Counter-Strike you are using and if it is an official one or some hacked / cracked / modified version. We had such a problem here recently, so please specify which CS version you are using (like CS 1.5 or Steam CS 1.6 etc.)
- You said you put the file (which one? "podbot26_mm.dll"?) in "addons map" (I suppose you mean the folder cstrike/addons). PODBot 2.6mm goes into .../cstrike/addons/podbot. All cfg files etc. must be there, as well as the dll.
- You wrote something about writing the dll into the plugins.ini, so I assume you have MetaMod on your PC already? Have you installed it correctly? Did it work before you added PODBot, or did you install it together with PODBot and never checked if it runs correctly or not? And which MetaMod version is it? Are you running any other plugins like AMX, statsme, WC3 etc. ?

Lots of questions, but without more precise descriptions nobody will be able to help you. I've never heard that anyone had the same problem that you mentioned, so it must be something new, and we need more information to find and solve it.

lol sorry for the double post ..im newbie here, my problem is gone , but i wanna know how to set up misstats.amxx or that plugin that can dusplay texts when someone planted the bomb/headshotted , please please help

But OK - this time I'll try to help You a bit
If You are as an admin for AMX MOD X, and You can open the menu for it (by console command "amxmodmenu" without quotes), change the next page (by key "9" - if I remember good) and then You need to push key "5" ("Stats Configuration" - or simply write in console "amx_statscfgmenu" - without quotes). Then You can choose what You want to see on the screen. Probably first time some settings won't work (like attackers/victims list), but when You restart the server - all will be OK. Don't forget save by key "8" all You selected in that statscfgmenu. But next time - please - ask at correct forum.

LOL Now don't take it too seriously... nobody wants to stop you from posting here. The edit thingy is no problem, especially since you now know about it.
And the reason why KWo directed you to another place is simply that
a) ppl here are not too likely to be able to help you, and

Congrats on solving your prob, can you tell us how you did?

For a bit I figured you installed the CS Realisim Update, the Final Edition... which has errors with the hitboxes... like, the SAS CT hitboxes are invalid... lol, like, if you shoot him you'll probably do no damage, and he'll just make sounds as if you shot a metal crate, and the shield actually makes you take damage... lol, I think they reversed the 2.
