A clear list for the WIPs

When i want to download the newest WIP i had several problems..:

First of all, what is the newest WIP.. i haven't found a list or something that could tell me that. I think it would be userful to have a list with the releases and links to the files.
I know there is the Filebase, but WIP 3061 is not downloadable there (or i'm to blind to see it there?)
I found a WIP 3061 - link in a thread hidden in the source code forum, on an other server (i think on evy's server), but i'm not sure if it is the newest, which is unofficial avalible.

A little more clearnes would be fine.

(at the moment i have 3061)
(plz don't care about my english, my natural language is german)
