[?] Guns restriction for Bots [?]

Is there a way to stop Bots from buying certain wepons??
Because i find really annoying the "shotgun war" when they dont have enough money to buy good guns.

Also... I restricted all the guns i dont want a Bot to buy, but they still get them.... why is that? and how can i stop them from acting thus?

Or change the weapon preferences table which almost every bot provides via some configuration file.
