Music colours life, what are you listening to now? -
31-12-2003
These topics show up everywhere from time to time, but as this forum is new(ish) it doesn't appear to have one yet. As I said in the title, music colours life, and life colours music. I think it is especially appropriate then that we should have such a topic to chronicle the coming influx of realbot fans, who while they may have had their ranks decimated by time, will surely concentrate here, in the offtopic forum as we have for countless generations... years.. months!
So, with all the words out of the way...
I WANT TO RIDE MY BICYCLE
This follows about an hur of listening to "Firestarter" repeat itself, so I feel... actually I feel like I haven't eten in a while. Excuse me, but I must depart.

hmmm... tough question...
I'll go and sort my mood on a scale from 0 to 10, 0 being suicidal and 10 being Überhappy.
(sad)
0 - junk broadcasted by the radio, mostly pathetic girls trying to sing rock songs
1 - Misc rock groups (mostly french ones, like Noir Désir, Louise Attaque)
2 - Non-rock groups, ranging from Mylène Farmer to jazz or classical music
3 - JS Bach, organ works (I used to play the organ and I have a quasi-religious respect for Bach's music)
4 - BLUES: Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix (I luv blues)
5 - [I don't listen music at this state of mind]
6 - Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie (but I prefer Alice)
7 - Metallica/a few other good metal groups
8 - Misc punk groups (Dead Kennedys, Snuff, Rancid, Swingin'Utters, etc)
9 - Bérurier Noir, haha!
10 - Toy Dolls (ze Ultimate punk band)
(happy)
I'm currently at mood #10

I know no French rockers. In my experience the continent loves its techno, (I don't mind it) the germans love their rock and the dutch also like (along w/techno) spice-girl/aqua inspired teen girl bands. They really are awful...
