Is mean support IVP ?? And if i want to use the betas ver, what ver must i install 1st ??? ???

I have not added support for IVP yet, but I plan too. Because IVP started from the pod 2.6 source, mEAn may work if you tell mean that you are using POD with +localinfo mgamedll ivpbot/ivpbot.dll +localinfo mbotmod podbot
