Default I lag really hard after some rounds. - 07-03-2004

Ok, i open up CS, create new game, choose map blah blah...
i start adding bots, it works, i play fine for about 3-5 rounds {random} until
some strange lag appears, it's really annoying, i tried running the server without metamod and without realbot and with people and it worked great,
so i guess it's a realbot problem, please help me! :'(

P4 2.66 GHz
512 DDR RAM
geforce FX 5600
1.5 mbit connection, i think it's enough to run CS without lags right?
