Default quota - 19-04-2007

Hello,

This is my first post here, but I want to say thanks for making pod bot, its really nice

I read over teh quota as well as some posts here and I gotta say it makes me feel stupid, I just dont really get it.

here is what I want to do.

I have max bots set to 6.

I want no more then 6 bots on at all times until the total players becomes 12 (6 bots and 6 humans). Once that occurs, then the 13th player arrives and a bot gets kicked.

Is this possible, and if so how do I set it up?

Thank you in advance!

No - that's impossible with standard work of pb mm and its settings (no matter how You would setup them). You can do it only with some plugin written in small/Pawn in AMX/AMX X. Because the people where asking me about that few times also at AMX X board, I'll probably write it during next 2 weeks.

Ok, so I am using the plugin now (thank you by the way) but I have one complaint.

It seems like if I add the bots and human quota together that is the max number of players that can connect.

For example - I have a 24 slot server.

I run with 6 bots until there are 10 humans, then bots start getting kicked - 16 total players.

However once all 16 people are human a 17th person can connect fine, but then no one else can. they just get the message "Kicked" and can not connect. If I disable the plugin everyone can connect fine again.

Sorry - Are You using this plugin or anything else? I never got any feedback if that plugin works or not, so it's possible it fails in some specyfic situations I haven't tested.

Hi KWO - thanks for your reply and my appologies for leaving that out. I am using that plugin yes, it worked great for a long time and it took a while to figure out what the cause was, so I appologize for not getting back to you promptly with feedback, I just needed to make sure this plugin was the reason first

I have uploaded it to my servers and will hopefully update you soon, although it may not be as soon as I would like in order to get good data.

Thank you!
