I put +localinfo mm_gamedll dlls/realbot.dll to the shortcut

I hardly get the thing working, but if I dont put +localinfo mm_gamedll dlls/realbot.dll to the shortcut I can not add bots via console either server and client, well the bots.cfg did work because i have bots in the game but command no longer works. Then I put back +localinfo mm_gamedll dlls/realbot.dll to the shortcut , it can run the command with no problem, then again it crashed after I add a 2 bots to the games, log shows that its due to the realbot_mm.dll, I have no idea how to fix it, Please help THANKXX

are you using both the metamod plugin version and the version that doesn't require metamod?
