Realbot Remote Command Module/plugin

I just want to ask for help to make a plugin or module that could work with realbot allowing Server admins abilities to add/remove bots on their server through either a module or plugin for AMX OR Adminmod.
This I hope would make it easier to control Realbot without Having RCON access so normal admins could add extra players without having to know the rcon password, of course this could be be made selectable to what level of Admin has access to control realbot through a menu that I hope could be squeezed to fit in the AMX modmenu.
My problem is I am not familar with programming yet...
And so was hoping someone could use my suggestion or help me make one.
I would prefer to make plugin since that would probalily be easier.
This is my attempt to learn to program since reading through books are not that great for begginners unless anyone has a book that could help me improve.
