What am I missing here

I have the latest full mean server release. Can get it up and running with PMB's newly modified PODbot source on a CS 1.5 dedicated server. However even though I bring metamod in with liblist and pull up mean in my shortcut, I cannot get any of the metamod plugins to load and am not quite sure that metamod is actually running on the dedicated server.

Before I had tried the mean_bot_admin program I could not even load bots on a dedicated server.

Also of note, I have metamod and podbot both working with all my plugins and amx plugins on my listen server. The strange part about this is it was working from my metamod.ini file in my cstrike folder without me having to tell it to look for a plugins.ini file in my metamod directory. (edit: i was using the metamod.ini as the plugins file in my cstrike directory :o )

I'm not really sure if this was the correct forum to post in or if it would be metamod forum to post in, but I figured that since Mean has gotten me so much closer to what I actually want ( cs 1.5 dedicated server with amx / amx plugins running PODbot) that there is just a few things I may be missing or have overlooked.

I will glady add any more information anyone requests or attempt to change what order things load in or running an autoexec.cfg from my cstrike directory.

To find out if metamod is running on your server, type into the console the command "meta" without the quotes. If nothing happens, then it is not loaded.
