Realbot on dedicated server problem.

Hi,
I have a dedicated server CS 1.6 with AMX mod X.
I instaled realbot corectly, to metamod plugin file.
And server load bots fine.
My problem is that I can control bots only trough DEDICATED SERVER console, not in game commandmenu or game console.
The command menu h works but when i press add bots
I get unknown command. But if I write in dedicated server console
realbot add 1
it's come fine and added a bot.
Also can do other commands.

So how can I make to control bots from commandmenu or player console?
