Yes you are right it happen only when the first human joins any team on the server.

I am complaining against this feature because when there is a change map, I see also this message and I must again choose my weapons.

I think the better thing to do is to add an option in podbot.cfg (set to 0 when we don't want this feature, and to 1 when we want it).
It's very good to add new features to podbot mm but you should always put the possibility to disable the feature added.

Can you add this option for the next podbotmm release?
