Thanks for the info sPlOrYgOn.
Indeed I was forgetting that most de maps do have exploding crates.
But I was looking for a map that had crates that blow up when you shoot them. I know I have seen some maps that have these types of crates but I can't remember any now that do.

I wanted to take a look at how the entity is setup.
I know you can't add them by hacking the entities because they are brushed based entities but maybe a triggered crate like the ones in dust could be changed over to explode when shot.

That might make for an interesting new twist to these old maps..
