Look again at Your picture - and see where did You put the podbot folder. As You can see from Your plugins.ini file, the podbot folder should be placed in "addons" folder (and now it is placed somewhere else).
Another thing - the line from Your liblist.gam:

gamedll_linux "addons/podbot/podbot_mm_i386.so"

should be removed. The only valid line - should stay there as it is now:

gamedll_linux "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod_i386.so"

I hope that will help You.
BTW - why are You using dproto? Is Your server non-steam?
