You mean into steam?
well, find your steam directory, and go into a bunch of folders, here's an example for my cs directory in steam:
"Steam\SteamApps\***Insert Username***\counter-strike\cstrike"
and put the IvPbot folder in there.
And then, open up the "liblist.gam" file using something like Notepad, or someother typing program.
Look for the line: "gamedll dlls\mp.dll"
and add a # infront of it to make it look like: "#gamedll dlls\mp.dll" this is good for backing up the original path for the dll for easy reverting changes back.
And then, insert a line underneeth the new backed up #gamedll line, and make it: "gamedll ivpbot\ivpbot.dll" or whatever the dll file is called... can't remember it.
That should do it.
BTW, if you download the .EXE version instead of the .ZIP version, the installer does all the hard work, you just have to lead it to your steam's counter - strike folder. For example, mine's:
Steam\SteamApps\***Insert Username***\counter-strike\
