u dont get anything for becoming general.
in weaponslot 7 as medic lvl 4 u get adrenalin, while u use that u have unlimited stamina and take only 50% or the normal damage. on some etpub servers u can have adrenalin for every class, when uve reached medic lvl 4 , but as far as i know it doesnt work on fritzbot.
as for the assisin its the lvl 4 covop skill, dont have the right description of the feature in my head now
