When I'm sending a private message, vBulletin doesn't ask me if I need some recipient confirmation (or anything like that - it was before). You decided to switch it off or do it automatically - so - it's not necessary to click on it - and all private messages will (or will not) open up a window with the info "You have a message from..."? I didn't test it yet if I can see such window after someone send me a message.

The new style of showing post time doesn't show this what happened yesterday - one user was asking few times in the short time - at least KaszpiR says so:
