I don't think it matters, but I think the bind option should be in the podbot.cfg.
On the other hand, I don't believe Podbot MM currently supports GG maps. I'm sure bots can run on them, but if the maps are like Aim and Awp where you are given weapons, then I don't think the bots will run on it as expected.
