Hey, i use steam and well i installed it correctly ( i think ) by extracting the filles in cstrike, i changed the liblist by opening it and rename version "1.5" to "1.6", i went to properties and put it on read only, applied, bla bla.

What is wrong is that, when i create a game the bots, always stay in spectator, i go to the menu an add a bot to t or ct team and the bot is added to spectator. Anyone can tell me what is wrong ? help plz :\
