or:

botEdict->v.v_angle.y += -botEdict->v.punchangle.y;

For real client:

clientEdict->v.v_angle.x -= -clientEdict->v.punchangle.x * 2.0f;
clientEdict->v.v_angle.y -= clientEdict->v.punchangle.y * 2.0f;
or:
