I downloaded lates version.
Well here is line that allow that bots chat. Default is 1,
After i install it i didn't edited this line bots used to chat with players, i edited it and put it to pb_chat 1 and that didn't helped. I install it on ftp server ( i am renting a server )
# Switches to on/off Botchatting. <0|1>. Default is 1.
