Carenten Streets is certainly CONFUSING! The link that you cited is the same that Blunt referenced and is the one I'm using. But it is NOT the same map as you're referencing. The readme is dated 5 Jan 2002 and does not bear any resemblance to the one you quoted.

I'll look further on the web for the correct one. . .
