Default Raid (beta 4) waypoints for FritzBot_ET - 05-05-2014

Since the wiki is still down, this is a notice to say that I have playable WIP waypoints in testing stage for the new ET map raid_b4 by Magic. I am still tweaking routing, and team balance. Anyone who wants to help test can request the waypoints with a PM.

FYI: Due to a concern over number of tois and entities used in the map, I will not attempt bot support for using the elevator. Therefore I have made three custom changes to the map;
(1) The Main library door must be dynamited (satchel will not work) and
(2) when the library doors are dynamited the elevator will rise to the top floor then fall down half way to the middle floor. Failing in this way allows bots etc to use the elevator shaft for jump downs to get in or out of the library.
(3) Thirdly the track switch will auto open (when the truck is in place) after some delay since the bots do not currently handle opening it.

FYI: Another change; Various constructs (3 doors and tower mg nest) are expired when they are no longer needed for game-play. This is to help identify the truck position in the bot aiscript. The engineered door seems to work (but at low priority it might be some time to find out if a bot tries something funny .
