What exactly does the "half" option do in this command:

joebot fillserver ct half

Is it designed to fill the CT team with bots, up to half the server maximum population?

And then the command...

joebot fillserver te half

...is supposed to fill it the rest of the way? (though it doesn't always--sometimes you have to run it serveral times to get them all to add)
