Well, I don't wanna hijack MarD's waypoint thread, but YES, in my opinion, on the hardest settings it's tougher than pbmm; it's somewhere between epodbot and the official CS bot in terms of difficulty. *However* it hasn't been developed in 2+ years, it's not compatible with CZ or 1.6 and a huge amount of bugs (and some others) which are fixed in pbmm, still remain in POXBot. But you can download it and see for yourself when the website goes live. Expect an announcement (probably in HL 1 mods category & also general bot coding) sometime around Thanksgiving.
