Just install podbot mm (with a fullpack, then upate the binaries) then use yapb installer from here http://forums.bots-united.com/showthread.php?t=5599 . That's easy.

You will be really disapointed becasue yapb owns podbot mm currently. I hope I'll be able change this a bit during 2 weeks.
