So for first time I try to play online CS 1.6 with my friend. So he make the server and give me the IP but when I try to connect it give me LAN servers are restricted for local clients Class C.

I can play without problems in to the internet servers from the internet servers list in Steam but I can't play with the my friend. What I must do ?
