Some progres news by me

I fix the stuped looking down when the bots move with normal task.
Now they pickup defuse kit.
FIXED: Displaying messeges in CS 1.6 (Like Creating
bot, All.
and some other small fixes.
Now I work on the waypoint editor. I will try to make it more easy for use by the waypointers
