You don't need metmod to be listed in liblist.gam.
E[POD]bot load metamod and after that metamod load all plugins that you are tape in the file plugins.ini.
I did use the EPB liblist.gam

So that is the reason that you cannot kick bots with AMX.
Any subroot menu below amxmodmenu such as kick, ban, teleport, team, etc. are disabled (nothing happen when you click it). Other side effects of EPB not being inherent with Metamod include:
- Host name in AMXX message is changed to "Welcome to Half-Life"
- No computer voice sound e.g. "thetime"
- Other plugins that involve the GUI becomes defective

Tell me if you also experience any of those bugs when using AMXX 1.0 mod.
Perhaps you could send me your configs if it really is "perfect."

Oh, since you are here, Storm--incumbent for EPB, would you tell me why EPBots spins and jump so often (compared to PB2.6mm). Are there any way to make the bots utilize grenades more often? I suggest you add a feature that allows changing of personality of auto-generated bots (Not spawned using addbot), e.g. I can have all the bots auto-generated in Aggressive mode.
