Post Your amxmodx plugins.ini, post Your lines of podbot.cfg related to restrictions, post Your weaprest.ini (from amxmodx\configs folder).

Make sure You have recompiled the pb_weap_restr_ffa.sma locally for exactly Your version of AMX MOD X You have on Your server.
