i really doubt it, The source is owned by valve i think & it`s part of the mod.
Unless mike takes out the bot code and releases it to the public.
just a quick edit you get quite a lot of the ai code with the valve sdk & this is the wrong forum to post in (should be the hl2 sdk one).
