Ok, here are my Counter-Strike maps (that came with CS1: Anthology), that need waypoints. Most of them are cs_ maps:

as_oilrig
cs_747
cs_assault
cs_backalley
cs_estate
cs_havana
cs_italy
cs_militia
cs_office
cs_siege
de_chateau
de_prodigy (there is a waypoint, but for Condition Zero)
